On August 5 the 26th edition of the Pride Canal Parade will take place in Amsterdam! The Canal Parade is a regular part of the annual Pride Amsterdam event. During Pride week there are numerous events in the city centre celebrating diversity. Unfortunately, the exact details for the 2023 Canal Parade are not yet known. As soon as more clarity is given on the possibilities, we will update this page. So keep an eye on our website!

Canal Cruises during the Pride Amsterdam week [29 July – 6 August]
At BOATAMSTERDAM.COM everybody is welcome. Welcome as one of our skippers, hosts, or guests on board of our boats. We find it important to actively support and promote diversity and inclusiveness, and therefore strive for a diverse workforce where everyone feels welcome to get on board!

During Pride Amsterdam week, our Open Boats have a corresponding theme, and we will exchange our Amsterdam flag for the rainbow flag at the back of the boats. We offer a guided tour during this week that also highlights the history of the [Dutch] LGBTQ+ community [in addition to our general historic information and fun facts about Amsterdam]. In addition, our tour will highlight some of the key places in the city around the Pride Amsterdam theme. This applies to both our premium cruise and our audio-guided cruise.
