Amsterdam Light Festival 2026–2027: The City in a New Light
Experience The City in a New Light on an Amsterdam Light Festival canal cruise with Boat Amsterdam. From 26 November 2026 to 17 January 2027, the festival celebrates its 15th edition, with a brand-new route and light artworks by Dutch and international artists.

What Is the Amsterdam Light Festival Contribution?
The Amsterdam Light Festival contribution is an amount paid per guest by participating cruise operators to support the festival’s non-profit foundation. It helps fund the creation, installation and maintenance of the light artworks, alongside the organization of the festival.

No plans prior to your ADE party? You can have a little pre-drink on one of our boats. We have the following closed boats available for you, ideally for the unpredictable Dutch weather.
We have ‘The Club.’ This boat is partly closed and partly open. Perfect for Dutch weather. It is possible to build a small stage and a music installation system. This boat has a capacity of 35 persons. Also, this boat is easy to use for branding strategies since it is possible to put up a company’s name or logo.
Additionally, we have ‘The Lounge’. This unique boat can be used for everything. Play a movie? Party boat? Anything is possible. This boat is closed but all windows can be opened. Moreover, this boat is equipped with a tap installation and a music system. This boat has a capacity of 85 persons.
All boats are equipped with a toilet, pillows, and blankets.
