Please do note that guests that have a ticket for a specific date/time have priority over guests that purchase an Open Ticket. If you would like to make sure that you have a guaranteed spot on one of our boats, please call us at +31(0)6 46 66 10 01. and mention your booking reference number, we are then able to reschedule your Open Ticket to a specific time to make limit the possibility that you have to wait for a significant amount of time before being able to join us for a cruise! To reschedule your tickets; you can call us from Monday-Sunday between 9:30-18:00.
You can also go to our departure location with your Open Ticket[s], but we then cannot guarantee a spot for you on one of our boats. We look forward to welcoming you on board!
Open tickets are valid on cruises departing between 11:00AM and 8:30PM. Cruises departing at times before 11:00AM or later than 8:30PM can also be joined dependent upon agreement by the captain.
